IQY University (developed from IQY Technical College consists of IQY Degree College, IQY Technical University Turkey and IPEMTU Degree College
St Clements University consists of the academic institutions as expressed on St Clements University website
IQY University will take the responsibility in Basic Education, Engineering, IT, Vocational Education, Local Management, Local Law, Medicine, Arts, Science, Humanities, Military Studies,Teacher Education and Political Science Studies Areas.
St Clements University will take the responsibility in Research Publications, IT, International Management, International Law, TESOL, TESOL Teacher Training and some courses in IT, Arts and Science

The President of The Kawthoolei Government and The Commander of Kawthoolei Army is requested to take the Honorary Position of The Chancellor of The IQY St Clements University of Kawthoolei
